Membership Terms
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you join The Compound, whether you sign online at gymthecompound.com/join or on paper at the front desk. Please read them before you pay.
01 Who we are
The Compound Gym (“The Compound”, “we”, “us”) is at Plot 1, Pasco Housing Society, Canal Road, Lahore. “You” means the member named on the membership.
You can reach the front desk on 0325-0133322 by phone or WhatsApp.
02 Joining
You can join online at /join or at the front desk.
Online, you fill in the form, pay by bank transfer and upload your payment receipt. Our staff check the payment and then activate your membership. You cannot check in until it is active.
You sign these terms electronically when you join online, or on paper at the desk. Both count the same.
The details you give us must be true and complete, including your CNIC, date of birth and emergency contact. Tell the front desk when any of them change.
03 What your membership covers
Your access depends on the plan you chose and the validity period we record for it.
- Day pass: one visit to the gym floor.
- Monthly membership: the gym floor, for the dates shown on your membership.
- Kids play area monthly: the kids play area only, for the dates shown on the membership.
Personal training and anything you buy at the health bar are paid for separately.
Your membership is for you alone. You cannot share it, lend it or hand it to someone else.
Days you do not use are not carried over past your end date.
04 Fees
Membership fees, packages and any other charges are the ones we tell you when you register.
New members pay a one-time registration fee with their first membership. Day passes have no registration fee. When you renew, you do not pay it again.
We may change our prices. A change never affects a membership you have already paid for. It applies from your next renewal.
Fees are not refundable once your membership has started. The few exceptions are on our Refund Policy page.
05 Check-in and your fingerprint
You check in with your fingerprint on the terminal at the door. Check in yourself, every time. Do not let anyone in who has not checked in.
When your membership expires, or if it is suspended, we remove you from the fingerprint terminal. You are added back when you renew or the suspension ends.
How we store your fingerprint is explained in our Privacy Policy.
06 Your health and safety
Tell us about any injury, illness, medical concern or physical limitation that may affect your ability to exercise. Tell us before you start, and tell us again if anything changes.
Follow the reasonable instructions of our trainers and staff on the safe use of equipment and facilities. Use equipment responsibly and for what it is meant for.
If you feel unwell or get hurt, stop and tell a member of staff straight away.
07 Gym rules and behaviour
Follow the gym rules. Respect our staff and other members.
Our Zero Tolerance Policy on bullying and harassment is part of these terms. Breaking it ends your membership immediately, with no refund.
08 The kids play area
The kids play area plan covers the play area only. A parent or guardian must stay on the premises while their child is in the play area, and is responsible for collecting them.
09 Your belongings
The Compound is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings you bring onto the premises, including anything left in a locker. Leave valuables at home or keep them with you.
10 Photos and videos
From time to time we take photos or videos at the gym for marketing, social media and promotion. When you join, you choose consent or no consent.
If you choose no consent, we will not use photos or videos of you for these purposes. You can change your choice at any time at the front desk or on WhatsApp.
Members must not photograph or film other people without their agreement. See the Zero Tolerance Policy.
11 Suspension and ending a membership
We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms or the gym rules. While your membership is suspended you are removed from the fingerprint terminal and cannot check in.
If you break the Zero Tolerance Policy, we end your membership straight away and you will not be allowed to re-join.
12 Your declaration
When you sign, you confirm that:
- the information you have given The Compound is accurate; and
- you are responsible for telling The Compound about any medical condition, injury, physical limitation or change in health that may affect your participation.
13 Changes and questions
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed.
If anything here is unclear, ask at the front desk or message us.
